Refund Policy

No paid plans available

1. Current Status

openlance.ai is currently in early access and free to use. There are no paid subscription plans, one-time purchases, or billing of any kind. As such, no refunds are applicable at this time.

2. Future Paid Plans

We intend to introduce paid subscription tiers once the platform reaches general availability. When paid plans launch, the following policies will apply:

3. Subscription Cancellation

Once paid plans are available, you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

When paid plans launch, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to process valid refunds within 14 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, email us at hello@openlance.ai with your account email, the charge date and amount, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

6. Free Trial Periods

When paid plans launch, we may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. Trial durations and included features will be clearly stated at sign-up. You will not be charged until the trial period ends, and you may cancel at any time during the trial without being billed.

7. Pricing Changes

If we change pricing for an existing plan, we will notify active subscribers at least 30 days in advance. You will have the option to continue at the new price, switch to a different plan, or cancel before the change takes effect.
